Book a therapy session

Challenging phases are a natural part of every human life. Yet no one has to go through them alone. From my own experience, I understand how valuable professional support can be in times of uncertainty, transition, or emotional strain. This personal insight led me, as an Asian living in Germany, to follow the path of becoming a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie and to open my private practice in Petershausen (Dachau) at the beginning of 2026.

In my work, I offer a protected and supportive space, grounded in trust, respect, and genuine encounter at eye level. Together, we create room for clarity, new perspectives, and meaningful inner development.

My experience and qualifications in psychotherapy
Since obtaining the license to practice psychotherapy under the German Heilpraktiker Act (Heilpraktikergesetz) in 2025, I have supported people through challenging phases of life. My professional foundation includes 600 training units* of psychotherapeutic training, complemented by self-experience. My therapeutic focus lies in humanistic therapy (e.g., person-centered therapy according to Rogers, solution-focused approaches) as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. In addition, I am also a meditation trainer. My approach combines the Asian philosophy of mindfulness with modern, scientifically grounded methods. Together, we develop sustainable strategies to meet the psychological stresses of modern everyday life with renewed resilience and inner clarity.
